这个纪录片是近年英国史系列里的精品这段历史就可惜没发生在中国，不然穿越宅斗宫斗小仙女岂能放过它，亨利八世走马灯一样的老婆情人一堆外加两个惊天动地特的女儿，产出2000来本夺嫡小说不成问题，要是加上女尊更了不得，大概要占据晋江半壁江山了（然鹅我人生中没看过一本BG）。

全程场景再现大赞！所有女人都是受害者，亨八做了一辈子（两个）儿子梦，最后继位并把都铎王朝发扬光大的还是女儿。毫不奇怪玛丽长成了血腥玛丽，梵蒂冈是怎么从安博林那里把亨八的情书偷出来的？细节服装，西班牙语和德语的对话，大提琴的音乐主题很棒，第一任王后演员是西班牙人。
