有点泛泛而谈了。说到底都是一个概率的问题，无论是提早筛查提早确诊，还是选择积极治疗或者放弃治疗，都取决于个人的选择。至于最后结果是好的还是坏的，你作为概率里的数字之一无从预判，只能尊重并接受自己的选择，一切顺其自然吧。

总结起来就是，绝大多数人体内都有癌细胞，是否发作、扩散都是概率问题，检查及各种治疗受益的只是极个别，大多数是被过度医疗，但是谁知道自己是不是那个万一呢？
